FC Porto is set to lose three central defenders from its squad. According to the newspaper A Bola, António Ribeiro, Gabriel Brás and Felipe Silva are on their way out.

Who are the players leaving?

António Ribeiro's contract is ending and he will not renew, after having played only nine games for FC Porto B in 2025/26, without scoring any goals.

Why are they leaving?

Gabriel Brás is expected to leave on loan, at a time when he is seen as an asset with potential for the future. In the last season, the young central defender participated in 30 games, scored one goal and made two assists.

What's next for Felipe Silva?

Felipe Silva has a contract until 2029, but the Dragons intend to sell him for a value that will always be below the termination clause of 20 million euros. The 24-year-old Brazilian arrived in Portugal from Gil Vicente and moved to the Dragons in 2024.
